There is a white arrow on the front of the magnetic filter to represent the direction of water flow. When the heat pump is running normally, the filter knob should be in the "OPEN" position. When the water quality in the filter transparent cup is poor or the filter screen is dirty, the filter needs to be cleaned.

When the heat pump unit stops running, turn the handle on the filter (if the hand does not move, you can use special tools to rotate) from OPEN (normal operation filtration) to CLOSE (heat pump shutdown cleaning). Use special tools to remove the handle from the bottom sleeve of the transparent cup to the lock nut and clockwise, and take out the filter screen for cleaning. If there are iron impurities on the transparent cup, Also, turn the magnet locking screw at the bottom of the transparent cup clockwise, remove the magnet, rinse the cup with water to remove iron impurities, after cleaning, put the magnet at the bottom of the transparent cup and lock it tightly, and then put one side of the cleaned filter net in the transparent cup slot and the other end in the filter net positioning slot in the valve body, and lock the black nut of the transparent cup with special tools. Then turn the handle from the CLOSE position to the OPEN position, that is, the entire cleaning process is completed, and the heat pump unit can operate normally.
